When we think of the things that we want and don’t have, we tend to get caught in the feel bad because we don’t have it feeling…

And we know, because it doesn’t feel good…

That feel bad feeling is also telling us that we are creating resistance, blocking what we want from actually coming to us…

Sounds too simple???

No! It really is that simple!

Paying attention to how we are feeling about things gives us an indication of whether we are in a place of allowing or resisting!

 Feeling good = Allowing!

Feeling bad = Resisting!

Hey guys,

Happy 2024 – All Brand New Doors!!!

There’s a lot of heavy stuff going on at the moment, a lot of shifting and changing around us, and it’s not just ours…

It’s a clearing out of old stuff, to make way for the new stuff coming in, which, believe it or not, is actually a good thing!

But, it can be seriously hard while we’re going through it.

When we remember that every challenge gives us the opportunity to either…

‘Be a victim to it, wallow in it and get stuck in it for a bit…

Or to grow stronger because of it, and move on…’

We can see there is a light at the end of the tunnel, if we choose to see the positives of the challenge, and there are Always positives!

Staying stuck in it is not healthy for us on any levels, so the quicker we can get ourselves out of it, the better it is for us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

There is a fabulous Lousie Hays saying that is like a Universal Truth…

‘Out of this experience only good will come!’

When we are caught up in the middle of it, it is really, really hard to see any positives,

But it is totally true, regardless of how traumatic, negative, devastating, hurtful, infuriating etc it is as we are going through it. 

Remembering this can help us through though… 

‘Out of this experience only good will come!’

Every challenge in life gives us the opportunity to be a victim to it, or to grow stronger because of it….

Every challenge also has a positive lesson as well as a negative lesson…

We tend to only see the negative lesson when we are in the middle of it though… Read more »

I know it’s been a while, because Life can tend to get away from us at times, but the Words Of Wisdom are now back!
