Life is a journey and we all come to this life with a purpose, and part of our purpose is to remember who it is we really are and what it is we came here to do. Along the way we choose all of these challenges and experiences so that we can learn more about ourselves and experience more of who we are. Then there comes a time in our lives where we realise that things aren’t working for us and that, perhaps, there is more to life than we thought there was. This is the time when we are drawn to start learning more about ourselves and, when we start this journey we learn different ways to heal ourselves and our lives and we start to work out what our life purpose is.

During Yvonne’s journey, she has found that her life purpose is to Heal, to Teach, to Guide, and to experience more about herself and life by living it, and teaching others how to do the same. So she embarked on a major study phase to learn more about herself and different healing modalities that could help her heal her life and her family’s lives as well.

Through this period she began learning about, and working with, different Healing modalities and she worked on developing her own Healing skills and her Clairvoyance, Clairsentience, Clairaudience and her Claircogniance (Clear Seeing, Feeling, Hearing and Knowing). She was then ‘called’ to help others, so she started her Healing Practice ‘Horse & Wolf Healing’ in October 2000 and through her Practice she was led to share with others the things she had learnt, so she founded the ‘Horse & Wolf School of Healing’ in August 2001. She changed the name of her healing practice from ‘Horse & Wolf Healing’ to ‘Inner Journey Healing’ in 2006, but the ‘Horse & Wolf School of Healing’ name is still current.

The name ‘Horse & Wolf’ is definitely an unusual one, but as an Urban Shaman Yvonne chose this name out respect to the first two of her Totem Animals that came to her as Teachers and Guides and who helped her learn so much about life and better, more positive ways to live it.

Yvonne’s passion is helping people to empower themselves and she travels and works with people all over Australia, and also does this through her Healing Practice and Healing School, which she runs from her home on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia.
