These sessions run for 7 to 8 hours and are held over 2 to 3 days, consecutive days if possible, depending on how much help you need.

On the first day we spend approximately 2+  hours really working with you in depth to work out where it is that you actually are and what the issues really are and then we start the process of ‘wiping clean the slate’ of old stuff to help you get to where it is that you really want to be!
