Hey guys,
A lot of the time we are just cruising along in automatic mode letting what is happening around us to dictate how we feel and react.
When something annoys us, hurts us, angers us, scares us, we tend to spend a lot of time and energy focusing on it and not feeling good, whether that something is happening to us or others around us.
We get caught up in those feel bad feelings, and feel justified as to why we should feel bad, because bad things are happening…
We get caught up, because how can we feel good when others feel bad…
As we know, ‘Misery loves company’ and GUILT makes us stay there…
But, when we are feeling bad NO ONE WINS!
