Don’t Believe It, It’s NOT True…

Hey guys,

The last few weeks have been really difficult for a lot of people emotionally as it’s been bringing up a lot of old, negative self talk.

The moon was in Scorpio, not something I normally pay much attention to, but Scorpio is a really deep emotional sign and when Scorpio is out of balance they can be really brutal to themselves, and others, because of their negative self talk.

The energy of this moon has brought up a lot of really old fears and insecurities and amplified them by about 100, which is why a lot of people have been really struggling with anxiety, depression, despair, sadness, anger and fear the old beliefs…

I can’t do this…

I won’t do this…

I’m not good enough…

I’ll never be enough…

I’m a failure…

It’s all too hard…

Etc, etc…

Self defeating talk that is simply and totally NOT TRUE!

DON’T BELIVE IT!

You may have believed it once, because of where you WERE, but it is sooooo NOT true NOW!

YOU have grown so much, learnt so much and come so far, You don’t need to go BACKWARDS!

The moon has now apparently shifted into Gemini which is the sign of overthinking, not a great combination if we believe and regurgitate the OLD versions we had of ourselves.

So, to catch them and change them before they have a chance to take over, I suggest working with one of my favourite Affirmations, and one I use all the time…

‘I no longer choose to be a victim!’

Which means we are no longer choosing to be a victim to our thoughts, our feelings, our bodies, our past, our circumstances, our problems, our situation and other people’s opinions.

Breathe the words in and breathe them through the body, breathing out all the stress and old stuff as you go, until you feel your sense of self returning, the part of You that knows you CAN do this!

Then say it and breathe it in another 5 times to really feel it and KNOW it…

Then repeat as often as is needed, whenever needed…

YOU have the power, take it BACK…
