A Time For Giving….

Hey guys,

Just want to wish you all a fabulous Christmas and a New Year filled with all the most wonderful things.

This time of year is a time for giving…

A time where we normally focus on everyone else and what they need…

It’s generally a time where we leave ourselves until last…

To make sure everybody else is happy…

But, as we have learnt this last year, that actually doesn’t work!

We can’t make anyone else happy!

We can only help them to be happy by being happy ourselves, and then infecting them with our feel good feelings!

Just as we can’t make anyone else happy, no one can make us happy!

They can help us to be happy, if we choose it, but they can’t make us happy.

Happiness is a choice, we choose to be happy.

How many times in life have we been disappointed on Christmas, Birthdays and Anniversaries, because the ones we love didn’t get us what we wanted?

How many times have we looked to them to prove to us that we are loving, loveable, deserving or worth it, by what they give?

The thing is though, it’s not their job, or anyone else’s job to prove that we are worth it, or deserving!

It is our job to know it!

And, when WE know it, then they will confirm it!

This time of year is a time for giving, but it’s also a time where we need to make sure we give to ourselves as well!

My suggestion is to always get for yourself all the things you want, because You deserve it, You’re worth it, You’ve earned it!

Wrap them up and give them to yourself and make yourself happy!

That way you will never be disappointed, because you will always have what you want and anything you get on top of that, from anybody else, is a bonus!

Spoil Yourself, you’re worth it!
