I’m always saying…

‘If you think of your body as a car, when you are racing around doing everything for everyone else, you are using petrol out of your tank.

When you give to yourself, you are putting petrol in your tank.

When you are feeling guilty about giving to yourself, your are putting sugar in your petrol tank, and we all know that is not good for us.’

So, it makes sense that when we make sure our tank is full, we have so much more to give everyone else!!!
