Making Joy The Goal…

Hey guys,

A lot of the time we set goals for ourselves and work hard on the way to achieving them, but instead of congratulating ourselves for how far we have come, we berate ourselves because we aren’t there, yet.

Like we are a failure, because we haven’t made it, YET…

The key word being YET…

For example, we may set a goal to get rid of 15 kilos of excess weight, but right here and now we have only released 10 kilos, so we haven’t reached our goal, YET…

But instead of patting ourselves on the back for the 10 kilos we have already gotten rid of, we pick on ourselves because we are not there, YET…

We forget the YET…

We also forget about the 10 kilos we have already let go of, the TEN KILOS GUYS!!! All because we are not there, YET…

Which makes the letting go of the other 5 kilos so much harder…

Which sucks out all the fun, the sense of accomplishment, the joy…

Like we are not allowed to feel good until we get there…

Where is the fun in that?

And what if our sabotaging patterns and programs kick in and prevent us from getting there, how do we feel about ourselves then?

What if we took the time to enjoy the journey, really enJOY the journey?…

What if we patted ourselves on the back for EVERY ‘kilo’ we got rid of?…

What if we made JOY and enJOYment a part of the goal?…

Would be make it easier, or harder?…

Would it make it a chore, or more fun?…

Abraham’s (Abraham-Hicks.com) wisdom for this is…

‘The achievement of anything that you desire must be considered success, whether it is a trophy or money or relationships or things.

But if you will let your standard of success be your achievement of joy—everything else will fall easily into place.

For in the finding of joy, you are finding vibrational alignment with the resources of the Universe.’

Our Love,
Esther
(and Abraham and Jerry)

What goals do You want to set?…

Play and see where it takes you 🙂

Many blessings, always
