It takes 21 days to change a habit…

21 days to install a NEW habit…

So, what if we decided that for at least the next 21 days to follow Abraham’s advice and didn’t do anything we really don’t want to do…

And, if we have to do it, find at least 5 positive things about it so we can at least feel good about it…

What if we consciously choose to focus on things that make us feel good…

When something negative comes up we CHOOSE to focus on something more positive and uplifting instead…

Getting in the habit of distracting ourselves by good, fun, happy thoughts…

Like Homer Simpson and his ‘Ahhhhhh Donuts!….

What if we get into the habit of reaching for those thoughts that feel better?…

Would we be hurting anyone?

What if we spent the next 21 days experimenting with this?

What would change?…
