Happiness Is A Habit…

Hey guys,

There is a saying…

‘You can’t have a Happily Ever After from an unhappy Now!’

And the reason for that is…

Happiness is a HABIT of feeling GOOD.

When we are in the HABIT of feeling bad, we are not happy.

When we are not happy and we are in the HABIT of not being happy, we take that not being happy into our today, into our tomorrow, into our next week, next month, next year, etc…

Happiness can’t come to us when we are in the HABIT of feeling bad…

Happiness can’t come to us when we are in the HABIT of being angry…

Happiness can’t come to us when we are in the HABIT of being sad…

Happiness can’t come to us when we are in the HABIT of being stressed…

Happiness can’t come to us when we are in the HABIT of being worried…

Happiness can’t come to us when we are in the HABIT of being negative…

Happiness can’t come to us when we are in the HABIT of expecting the worst…

Happiness can’t come to us when we are in the HABIT of blaming…

Happiness can’t come to us when we are in the HABIT of waiting…

Happiness comes when we CHOOSE to feel good about things.

Happiness comes when we practice looking for more and more things to feel good about…

Happiness comes when the balance between feeling good and feeling bad is weighted more on the feeling good side…

There is another saying…

‘When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!’

When things in your life aren’t working well, how can YOU make ‘lemonade’ out of it?

How can you feel good about it instead?

Don’t wait, and don’t look for happiness from anyone or anything else, happiness is an INSIDE job!

Get into the habit of feeling good, is one of the best gifts you can give yourself…

Feeling good for no good reason, now that’s a GREAT habit to get into!
