Adding some more to last week’s Wisdom, there is a Louise Hay saying that I love, which it is also a Universal Truth…

‘Out Of This Experience Only Good Will Come!’

And, the reality is that every experience we have gives us the opportunity to be a victim to it, OR to grow stronger because of it…

We may choose to wallow in it and be a victim to it for a while, but the longer we stay there the more detrimental it is to us.

When we give ourselves permission to look at the positive lesson, that’s when we start to grow stronger!

And, there is a positive lesson in EVERYTHING!

Hey guys,

When things don’t work out the way we expect we get disappointed and hurt and we close down our heart.

The more we get hurt, the more we close down our hearts…

The more we close down our hearts the more we have problems physically, mentally, emotionally, environmentally and also spiritually…

The more we hold onto the hurt, anger, fear and negative emotions that come up because of what happened, the more they fester and create more and more problems for us.
