Focusing On What’s Wrong….

When we have a problem with someone or something we tend to spend a lot of time focusing on that problem.

The more time we focus on the problem the more thoughts and feelings come up that confirm that Yes! we should have a problem because, because, because…

And that keeps us STUCK in the problem!

We can always find 100 reasons why to be angry, or disappointed, or hurt, sad or afraid and when we are STUCK that’s what we tend to do.

But, this just keeps us STUCK feeling bad…

Guilt Puts Sugar In Your Tank…

Hey guys,

We now KNOW that when we are running around on a full tank of petrol we have so much more to give everyone and everything else, including ourselves.

We KNOW that this is a much more empowering and effective place to be, but still guilt comes in and gums up the works.

Guilt is not our friend, but it tends to be our ‘go to’ emotion when we do something wholly, solely for ourselves.

We are taught to believe that when we go through the pain and suffering, then we have earned the right to be happy and successful.

That Attitude Of Gratitude….

As we know, when we feel good we are putting petrol INTO our tanks and when we feel bad we are USING petrol FROM our tanks.

When we focus on the things that aren’t working, we feel bad.

We get so caught up in the things that are wrong, we give them more of our attention than they have earned.

We tend to focus on things because they aren’t working, because we think we have to, because they aren’t working, but we feel bad…

We get stuck in the problem, and we feel bad…
